 I'd just like to write and tell you how great it's been having you service my lawn.  I was using (name witheld) to treat my lawn for about a year or more and I honestly could not tell a difference.  I had weeds, crab grass, etc and the yard looked awful.  Many times I questioned whether they even treated the yard when I got my bill.

When you showed up to give me an estimate you were very helpful in explaining what treatments I would need.  You were on the ball and had answer for every question I had.  Now I'm the envy of the neighborhood :)  Once you started treating my lawn, several of my neighbors have asked how I get my yard so green and healthy.  I give them all your number and tell them how nice it is to finally have the lawn I want.
